Great story, I had a fun time binging it over the course of a few days.

I enjoyed the story. The worldbuilding is good enough that it was a fair while before I found inconsistencies; good job! The names are probably the weakest part; many are obviously borrowed, and I can see no way such a haphazard naming "system" (or rather, lack thereof) could actually exist. Names borrowed from different real-world languages are assigned to characters with the same ancestry/nearby cities.

I’m quickly losing interest. There is nothing to hook you to the story. So far it’s just a kid who has shitty luck at a school. Nothing of interest is happening at all. Two chapters and there is nothing of interest at all.

HI, I already read about half the story a few years back and I remember I loved it but it wasn't finished so I stooped because I'm not the kind of person to wait... anyway goona start reading again now and just wanted to tell already how much I love it!

Thank you for sharing this epic story! I greatly appreciated your style and method of story telling. The way you write action scenes is very well done. I enjoyed the characterizations and can easily see you turning this into a sprawling series. Each individual had their own ambitions and method of dealing with conflict. I look forward to anything else you release.

I am so ridiculously impressed with this story. I've always had a soft spot for the time loop stories, but this is the best. Most stories can't sustain the constant training montage to the end where the super powered protagonist just collapses everything with their god-like power. You managed to have power spikes and lulls, and kept the anticipation building. Then we had that extremely satisfying three chapter I Win series. You also didn't have a lot of needless harem romance stuff, seriously just about everyone else does it. I was amused that you made references to the trope and Zach was doing it instead of Zorian. As an entry to the entire site of fictionpress I have to say this was an auspicious start. Thank you for the story.

Also, if you do end up publishing this, I would definitely pay to have a nice copy of this on my shelves (or in my kindle). It'd be a good opportunity for a reread and besides I feel that this book is well worth the money and I'd like to support a good writer. Just want to put that out there, because I'm sure there are many other people here who feel the same. A bunch of free readers doesn't always translate to paying people, but I honestly think your book is good enough and earnestly put enough that even if it's on here for free already, many people will likely buy it, and it could expand the audience to people who don't usually read webnovels. I don't think you were in this for the money – considering your astounding profit margins on FictionPress – but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I would really love a slice of life continuation. After getting out into the real world, there's still so much to deal with – Zorian finding his own path, now that, Damien wanting to reunite the family and the fact that his other self sacrificed himself for Zorian, Zorian's family in general, a real talk with Zach about the mind trick, Quatch-Ichl (because he's still out there, and I doubt he's going to play idle with his political games and ambitions and he knows how powerful Zorian and Zach now are and an undetermined amount about the time loop – yet, despite the danger and lack of modern morals holding him back, he is still an honorable character), Silverlake and the Grey Hunter (though I do hope that young Silverlake is 1000% dead), the old Silverlake and her actions, Taiven (I want Zorian to be able to resolve things with her again, damn it!), Zorian's whole family situation, because seriously, Kirielle's "arranged" marriage and desire to learn magic – there's so much! So incredibly much that's filled with so much potential that I can't help but be pulled along by it. Slice of life, or adventure, or whatever it is, I can't help but think it'll suit the tone after all this craziness and effort Zorian and Zach did to escape. Because their efforts were indeed /monumental/. I heavily disagree with Zorian that anybody in his place would have reaped the same gains. But anyway, that isn't the point – the point is that they deserve a resolution. An "afterwards". A place to keep on living and try normal life, in the sudden terror of the unknown when they can't have planned out every detail ahead of them, but relish the richness of real conversations and being able to make real bonds with people that both sides will now remember. That's important, and they really deserve it. They did good.

You know what, they deserve a vacation to that nice beach Zach mentioned way back when. I don't think they ever managed during the time loop.

(Seriously though, anything you write of their lives, in earnestness, I would be happy to see.)

In any case, thank you for writing a terrific story and posting it here on line where I could read it for free. It was honestly terrific. The characters are glorious, the world building well thought out, the plot and revelations interesting. At some point, I really felt the panic of counting down days and chances that they must have been trying to stave off. I learned a lot from this story and have been thinking about it on and off the past few days. There's a lot of value and truth in this, for all that it's fiction. I'm also a little inspired by Zorian's hard work and relentless pursual of pushing forward, and his natural determination and lodged sense of reality to always see the people around him as /people/, even if they repeat the same old actions without his interference and it's easy to cross a line much like Red Robe did.

Even if Zorian toed the line, some would say crossed it – and I think he did, when it came to attacking the aranea – the moral implications of such a time loop and the ideas of souls being copies. Is there any less value to a person with awareness, just because they are a copy of? Even if they are indistinguishable from the "original"? Even if they never got a chance to "diverge" so much, like Zorian and the other temporary loopers? It's hard to say, because even the time loop world was still "real". It bothers me a lot that the gods are actually OK with this, or set it up this way – this fancy convoluted artifact to mimic the idea of time travel, all to train a single hero or controller. It seems they automatically dismissed the value of those living in the other world, so long as they didn't diverge so much. It's easier that way. For Zorian's sanity, I'm glad he didn't think too hard in the time loop about Kiri and his friends literally dying, vanishing every time loop. He always explained it to himself and others losing their memory again again at the end of the month when literally their souls destroyed then recreated. Knowing Zorian, however, that was deliberate, at least in part. It's the same question of awareness and self-existence that bothered Silverlake so bad. Yet, Zorian was also able to put that aside for his simulacrums as well, inherently able to. I guess he had a deeper faith in the connection of identity, for himself of his friends and family, which kept him sane. But now, after having killed his other self, his younger self, which he diverged from, I think he was somewhat shaken and I don't what he's going to do with that now that he has time to think. Living life normally that can be another terrifying challenge... but I have confidence that he can make it.

Just remembered. I also really want to know what's up with Fortov and Ibery. Have to say, my respect for Ibery plummeted after that conversation, but Fortov never got to tell his full story after Damien arrived. I wonder if they'll ever be able to have a conversation about that...

Anyway, full stop here. Keep going strong, no matter what you end up doing from here. You did good with this story. I can't tell you to do anything, but if I did, I'd say it's to be proud of it.

This was one of the best fantasy...books(?) that I have ever read. I arrived here initially due to my interest in time travel works and while I was slightly skeptical due to the initial impression of another "Teen main character fantasy book", honestly you blew me away. The plot was incredibly interesting once it kicked into gear, the characters are mostly likeable and having Zorian as the viewpoint character seemed to serve the story very well, giving a less "noble" but no less heroic view into the events. You also have a great way of dropping revelations. Loved the whole thing, only sad that it's now over. Should you ever publish it, I will try to buy it. And I'll definitely pay attention should you make another work.

So i do not normally review stories however I am compelled to for this particular story. I found this by accident. I was looking for timeloop fanfiction for inspiration for my D&D Campaign... as i read your story i became hooked 3 days later i finished reading this. I Highly recommend Publishing this story. Kept telling people about it and was convinced you were a D&D fan . Reading 108 confirmed my suspicions. Hope you make more time travel time loop and/or Psionic stories.
