buahahahaha! Emi's comment about his sword made me literally look up and the ceiling and sigh. Fantastic job. That scene totally lived up to my expectations! Can't wait till they sneak out ;) Great job, as always!

BAHAHA! I love what Emi does to Dee's father. Bastard totally deserves it! Can't wait till he's at breakfast with her parents (assuming of course that you write that part out!). Can't wait for them to finally get together! Great job, keep it up!

Her dad seems (is) very cold-which is weird since he's not the reigning monarch and her mom seems like a warmer more caring person. I LOVED that she slapped him. He kinda (he did) deserved it-all those years of silence and spying... tsk tsk Prince Emirgon, tsk tsk.

I love this part:

Her mirth made him so happy. "You have no idea how wonderful it makes me feel, seeing you like this. I really just don't know how I could have feared you so much. Have you really accepted me…forgiven me so easily?"

The princess smiled sweetly. "I've started to."

Because it seems so real. Like most people don't just up and forgive years of (well, let's face it) neglect.

And the end was awesome. I'm sooooooo looking forward to chapter 11.

I'm usually quicker on the uptake I know. And I read this chapter a while ago but no internet access can really slow a person down. Anyways to the task at hand. Wonderful meeting. Her fiance is insane. But he's a fun insane. I loved how he knocked Riloyis out so he could fight with her. That was total awesome sauce. My favorite part though was this:

"Crap, Dee's coming," Riloyis said with a hiss. He knew it was her because it sounded just like her gait, though hurried.

"Are you sure? And this time of night?" The prince looked towards the door to the training room, his eyes wide. "I'm amazed her parents would let her go anywhere without a retinue of guards after her escape."

"So am I, but she's resourceful and probably desperate." He pushed his old friend. "Get out of here…"

"And go where? There's only one door and there's nowhere to hide." He turned to the swords master with a wicked grin. "I have a better idea, though. Just…forgive me, okay?"

Riloyis raised an eyebrow, completely perplexed. "For what?"

"For this," he said as he punched his friend in the gut as hard as he could.

"You ass," he groaned as he collapsed to the floor.

That was totally awesome. I loved it because Emirgon thought that Dee was Riloyis' mistress at first-like why would else would any woman be going to Riloyis' room at that time of the night? Then the whole paragraph was pretty hilarious.

But Deirdra is not going to make it easy for him and she has that right-he (Emirgon) totally screwed that up for himself. He wanted and unusual bride and he got her. I can't wait to read chapter 10. But that will have to wait until tomorrow. So until then I wait with baited breath... Awesome writing by the way -totally awesome.

I love it. I laughed so hard during all the chapters.. keep up the good work.. looking forward to reading more!
