Reviews for Bollinger High |

![]() ![]() ![]() What a rollercoaster ride, this story. Maybe cliché but that's what i live for, right? |
![]() ![]() This certainly is my most favourite story here on Fiction Press. I love your writing style; your ability to mix humour, romance, and suspense all in one. I enjoyed every bit of this story and for lack of better words - it was just PERFECT! Thank you for sharing it with us :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() It's refreshing to see a character take hold of her life and DO something with it. |
![]() ![]() It's the nth time I read this story. I always miss nolan and jess. just asking, is it normal to use word decipher so many in this chapter? English is not my native language so I don't know how normal using same word repeatedly. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I really liked the story:) most favorite would be Alaina definitely. Hope you are still planning on chris And shannon story:) |
![]() ![]() ![]() So. I love your writing. I had resisted reading this fic because I'm not one for too much teenage angst... But I missed your stories so much. So when I got the notifications saying you had updated twice Philip vs Phillips, I thought 'what the hell' and read that one. Aaand I found it so, so good, I am crossing my fingers that you'll update that soon! But anyway. Since I enjoyed that one, I thought (again) 'what the hell' and decided to read Bollinger High. And oh wow, can you tell a story. Who cares if it's high school stuff, it was all so brilliantly told! I loved it so much. Jess was such a great protagonist, and I loved Alaina too. Jeremy actually reminded me of one of my friends. And Nolan. I enjoyed everyone and everything. It was a perfect depiction of high school drama, but it felt mature. I loved how your characters weren't particularly petty or angsty. And I admire you for carrying such a narrative, having such long chapters without the story having to be told through dialogues, because that can get very tiresome. It was great. Again, I am such a huge fan of your writing and hope you never stop! |
![]() ![]() This is still my all time favorite out of all your story... It's a little nostalgic too (: |
![]() ![]() ![]() I loved your story and found it to be one that gives this reader a feeling of happiness. It made me remember all the good times I had in high school and how innocent we all were at this age. Thanks for writing such a wonderful story. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow, it's about time. I'm loving all the drama. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Drum roll for homecoming. What will everyone do? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Sorry I haven't reviewed earlier, but I was too engrossed in the story to stop and let you know how great this story is. You have a wonderful ability to capture your characters' essence and your plot development is very well detailed and laid out. You have the ability to draw me into your world and care for these characters as if they were real people and Bollinger a real place. And as such, I'm cheering for Jessica, Katie, Nolan and Juliette. |
![]() ![]() ![]() From the looks of this first chapter, I think I am going to enjoy this story very much and possibly have quite a few laughs and maybe a few tears over their high school antics and teenage angst. I remember it well. |

![]() ![]() Shannon is Asian? Woot! Put your hands together for mah sistah! |
![]() ![]() tbh, I've been on both sides of the line. "Popular" and "Unpopular." When I was popular, yeah, I was cool and my friends were awesome. When I was unpopular, people just didn't bother me. I think Jessica is stupid for standing up for Katie. Katie needs to stand up for her own damn self. |
