I have already reviewed this chapter but I thought of a few questions I wanted to ask you. How long has Jubilee been a nanny now? Does Octavio have the intellect and emotional maturity of an average twelve year old? Are mates chosen or are the animal shifter drawn to a particular person by fate or something?
