The storm destroyed the best of me, I saw only what was shown to me. Perfection demanded I lose myself, when I complied all was well. When the skies then started to clear I saw, I was not the biggest flaw. Before me now, reflected in you, I can see with a better view. Kept apart for far too long, my soul is screaming my hearts true song. It screams in passion for freedom to be, for you and me to be we. You're not alone in your fight to be free, I've noticed that in your reflection of me. Fight the fight for loves cause, you stand taller than anyones flaws. Look for me in the glassy view, I'm not hard to see...I look just like you.
