If this chapter didn't leave such a cliffhanger or showed Sike and Jack fooling around in such a cute, slightly romantic manner and having Sike profess his feelings for Jack and promises of always being there for him, I wouldn't be as thirsty for a proper ending. All in all, damn good writing that struck an emotional and personal chord with me. I saw myself in Jack's shoes throughout the six chapters, in terms of the teenage confusion and want for a solid father figure. Really didn't expect this story to sink its claws into me the way it did.
