![]() ![]() ![]() Interesting! I like it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Love this chapter, I really cant wait till he finds out shes a magician! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I am addicted to this story, I want to know what Capron will do when Ardnis will tell him, will he kill her, like she fear's or will he not care? I want to know so please, please, PLEASE! Update soon! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm excited for the next chapter! And for Ardis to finally tell him she's magic. Maybe he already knows. |
![]() ![]() ![]() [too tired to write review for the last chapter... D:] Don't pass out again... :D Why would Nadia drop them in the middle of the dust lands? Why wouldn't she just transfer them, along with herself, to the place the Eremite's fruit is and force her [by magic or something] to pick it? Coming close to magic... How come Capron doesn't even suspect her at all? [Idiot :D] Alynn's spirit? At least she has decent knowledge now. Or is it the Dust Lands [being the source of all magic], telling her? [Several things seem to be pointing How does the magic work? It's a bit annoying to have it kept in the dark. For example, in Eragon, where magic plays an integral part, they refer to magic words and elves and such things. This is very silent, very mysterious. [One little thing: why would the chain be gold? - "She reluctantly reached out for a cold gold link."] Capron will be suspicious when he wakes up... Oh, come *on*, Ardis! Reveal it already! . Waiting eagerly for your next, "intense" post. But you say you haven't written it yet? Whatever happened to the buffer chapters? Oh, well.. Keep going! Write, write, write! -MathNerd3141 |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh my goodness! Is she ever going to tell him that she's a magician? Cant WAIT for the intensity! BRING IT ON! :D This has continued to be one of my favorite stories on this site. I'm so absolutely wrapped up in it. I can't wait for the next chapters! :D |
![]() ![]() ![]() Interesting chapter. I like how you made Capron more suspicious since it's a pretty realistic reaction and I was wondering how long it would take for Capron to start wondering why Ardis is so special. Things are definitely becoming more intense now (I can just see a storm brewing the distance... most likely a sandstorm). Overall, another great chapter! And thanks for the author's note. Now you've made me intensely excited about what will happen next. I probably won't be able to concentrate on anything else. I can see adventure and drama awaits us (hopefully). Please update soon! ![]() ![]() You are my hero for updating! It is getting crazy! I am jumping from one foot to the other, waiting for him to piece it all together- goodness, do something! I don't want her to Lise the use of her arm! That would stink like frog...goo? You can tell that I have nOt fully thought this out... Gah! Gah! I am ready! (puts on a football helmet) Bring on the intenseness! |
![]() ![]() Yes! This is going on splendidly! I thought the idea of the sand was quite clever. One thing though is to perhaps explain why Ardis can hear the witch's voice in her head :) I'm really curious! Please post...NOW! HAHA |
![]() ![]() Oh my goodness! Your story is breathtaking, the rich landscapes and complex characters make this story a thrilling read. I love it darling, LOVE IT! Keep up the good work and please update soon. I love how deep down he knows that she is a witch, but just won't admit it. Your characters have great chemistry. Good luck ;) |
![]() ![]() ![]() The adventure has truly begun now! Tense, very tense! |
![]() ![]() Every book and story has slow moments, just means that you are filling us in a few areas:) I am ready for something dramatic though! |
![]() ![]() Actually, I felt the opposite: the chapter seemed a bit rushed, esp. with Imara and Felix. The Dust lands are going to be so damn interesting! I can't wait to read more! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I didn't find this chapter slow at all. It wasn't as eventful as some chapters but it certainly progressed the plot in an interesting direction. Ardis is now in the Dust Lands - a major step in her finding the Fruit. Imara and Felix are now going on their own adventures (and there seems to be some development in their relationship :D). Overall, this was an interesting chapter. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst I've read. I am curious to see how the Ardis and Capron will survive the Dust Lands though. Maybe they'll meet Capron's lost father and the magician who disappeared along with him? But I definitely have a feeling that they'll survive everything and then have to deal with a new set of problems from finding the Fruit. Also, I know you said Fictionpress won't accept asterisks but there are a lot of other suitable page breaks that can be used beyond the annoying XoXo (which is just really distracting from the story). I've seen one writer just use a bolded and centered "x" as their page break and it is quite effective. I personally vary my breaks depending on the story. In one story, I use an "oOo." In most stories, I use an interesting variation of my title (for example: ~pReJuDicEs lYiNg~ or ~P/R~). Other times, I've also used the horizontal line Fictionpress can do as a page break. These are just some suggestions that could would be less distracting than the current one you're forced to use thanks to Fictionpress's lovely formatting system... *sighs* Once again, another great chapter. Thanks for the lovely read! :) Signing off... |
![]() ![]() ![]() Another great chapter! And so everything starts to fall into place now. I was confused about why Ardis was so important but that last line in the chapter there cleared everything up... Also, I'm rather curious about when Capron will learn Ardis is a White Magician. This suspense about that question is getting unsettling. He is either asleep or gone whenever the truth is revealed... Oh well, I have a feeling that when the reveal does happen, it will be a big one. Thanks for the great read! I really enjoyed this chapter. And I hope your spark comes back soon... I know how hard it is to write without any inspiration but I'm sure you'll pull through with everything! Signing off... |
