This is so real and so easy to relate to ... I have never seen someone describe those emotions, fake emotions and experiences so well. Especially because we know how it feels like but mostly can't find the words.

Wow that is actually so true as to the people that are trying to cover up themselves. I have been through that all my life. Trying to be someone I am not because people walked all over me. My kids' father is the one that got the Ice me to actually melt and go away. I slowly begain to love the imperfect me. It is not easy letting the Ice person you have become melt away because you think that when you do let that person go away for who ever you want to see the imperfect you will turn around and run from you. But would it be a risk you would take? I asked my self that question over and over. But I took the risk and I am much happyer that I did.
