Little Miscellany Sunshine chapter 1 . 12/13/2012
That's why I love kids. They always seem to see beauty in things we can't. I remember when I was little, I saw some oil reflecting from a rain puddle (which reflects the color spectrum) and yelled to my mom that a rainbow had melted. I wish I could think like that now! Anyway, I really enjoyed this, despite it being short. I have a thing for stories that are able to be short and yet get a good meaning across and be interesting. You're good!

I adore this! It is so cute and wonderful and totally childlike in it's beauty... The present tense writing threw me off for a moment but you used it really well! I wish I could have experiences like this more, but alas, I'm too old by now. Well anyways, I'd give it a big thumbs up.
