I can't believe more people aren't reading this. I love this story! It's rare to find main characters that are so complex, never mind secondary characters who are almost as complex (like Opheali).

I think at this point I unequivocally dislike Kasha, and agree with what his wife is trying to tell him. His self-justification for torturing Rodan makes him no different than his enemy that he loathes. It's hard for me to feel sympathetic for his loss when he takes the cowardly approach, but at the same time I understand that this is an extreme reaction from him based on what he's like outside of dealing with Rodan. I still like Rodan, though. He strikes me as someone who dealt with too much shit for too long to act out on his emotions like what Kasha does. I really hope Kasha realizes what he's doing to himself, and the irreparable damage he's starting to cause.

Hoo boy, this chapter had me on the edge of my seat. I was wondering if Rodan and the horse Lydia would perish- or if Kasha would die himself. Knowing what happened to Abele, I can understand why this family is such a mess now. So the question is, did Rodan do it, or was he responsible because he let others kill Abele like that- and if he actually did it himself, wow all I can say is he deserves to be forced to feel guilt and remorse and suffer for destroying other people's families.

I'm already longing for an update, this will probally be the best book i've ever read. Its so awesome... I just hope it is finished eventually.

This is a very interesting story. I like Kasha, but I think that I enjoy Opheali and his relationship with her even more. He needs to appreciate her more!

His urge for revenge is understandable, but he doesn't even seem to care very much whether Rodan truly guilty of the crimes he accuses him of. Is Kasha projecting his own guilt over his friend's death elsewhere? I'm sure more details of what happened will come later, but I'm already suspicious of Jova, who Abele took revenge on once?

Whatever his reasons, I don't like Kasha's plan. Even putting aside the morality of it and his mental state, it doesn't seem very wise to try to enslave a man he believes capable of rape and murder in the same house as his wife and young child.

There is still human compassion in Kasha- but can he save himself?

I can't help but wonder what Rodan actually did then that was directly connected to Abele's death... Hmm.

Kasha is becoming a trily wretched creature; I hope his wife can help him see reason before he loses it. I get the feeling whatever the outcome he may end up destroying himself physically.

When is the next chapter coming? Jeez kasha's life seems to be getting more complicated by the minute! Lol can't wait for the next chapter please post soon!

I like capka! Lol so kasha had a lover and I'm going to guess he's now dead and rodan had something to do with it... Or maybe not? Maybe rodan just did something to kasha when he was younger? So much to figure out! Lol I'm excited to keep reading though I'm sad to realize there is only one more chapter before I have to wait :( lol

Conclusion already? I have so many different theories about what happened to Kasha's lover- but ughh that cousin of his is despicable sounding. I wouldn't be surprised if Rodan is just a surrogate for everything that happened to Kasha's lover.

Oh, I think I understand Kasha's reason for revenge if it has to somehow do with the death of his lover (I'm assuming he's dead)- I don't really understand how torturing his prisoner will really bring him any closure or satisfaction when the person he wants most won't be coming back. Will Kasha only succeed in destroying himself?

Is there a possibility that Kasha could be bi but leaning towards guys? Just a random thought I got while I read this chapter :) Great chapter as usual. Update soon! :D

'Lukewarm' makes it sound as though we don't like him, haha. Maybe the others don't, but I do. He's intelligent and crafty, everything I like in a person. And even if he might act cruelly towards Rodan, he does have a soft, human side, as is clearly shown by his interactions with his son, etc. He's not an unpleasant person, he's just got a beef with Rodan. No, I like Kasha quite a lot. :)

It's great that Riodan finally got to see Tiv. I quite like Tiv and can't wait to hear more about him :) Great chapter, please update soon :D

Kasha is so mean... and I am guessing it is out of character for him, after thinking of Lidagara and Jaratta's reactions lol. This is so interesting thus far and I can't wait to read more :D Also, I have also noticed the decrease of reviews on this site. I am aware that I am one of those people who are steering away from this site, only to visit it when a story I was already in the middle of reading or to post my own. I the the issue is the rising of newer story sites coming into play...if that makes sense :/
