I probably sound like a jerk, but i had to skip most of the earlier stuff about abele - it was too sad, knowing what was coming. Just seeing kasha's grief was enough to make very dramatic that abele was still alive.

Oh COMEON. I considered you a merciful soul with I got this e-mail, but REALLY, a whole chapter without any interaction between Kasha and Abele after his big reveal?!

I always knew that this was a possibility and when I read about Kasha and Abele's relationship, I hoped for it. But after seeing what happened to Wil, I hoped not. Death may indeed have been the more merciful option.

Ok, now that I am somewhat more calm, I can actually type something. First, let me say that I am so very sorry that I have not reviewed lately. I got back to school and I could only read your chapters in passing. But I loved Rodan's backstory and I really liked how Rodan and Kasha's relationship evolved. This has become my favorite story on Fictionpress ever.

Annnddd back to this chapter. Wow. I must tell you, that for the longest time I believed that Abele was still alive. I actually gave up on that after a while. I just didn't think it was going to happen. And I was pretty upset, because I absolutely love Abele's character and I just thought that he really deserved a happy ending. I was honestly not expecting this to happen in this chapter, at all. And now that he is alive... I just don't know what to think! Is he the same Abele? Is he broken? Will Abele and Kasha ever be able to be what they were? What does Rodan play into all of this? So many questions!

You are such an excellent writer. I have such a strong emotional attachment to the story and all of the characters. I am still freaking out. Seriously. It is such a well made story. I can not wait until the next chapter!

I knew it so as the blind slave was mentioned... But did the rest of him have to be so messed up? Now I've got doubts of whether or not abele will survive the next few chapters... :( I know it's kinda shallow of me but I don't want an ugly abele to be all that kaisha gets after all this time it's not fair :( :(
