Hi! Thx for the update! Although I'm kind of hoping you'll be updating more frequently...sometimes when there's a long time between updates, the readers can forget what happened before and it kind of breaks the flow..But still this story is pretty amazing!

Wow! G-R-E-AT story! the mermaid thing is just perfect! It's a really awesome twist on stories based on shifters or mutables as you call them (nice change here too) Werewolves stories are becoming more and more similar and boring, so yours is like a breath of fresh air! When Eiko was telling Nathan that he had the coloring and mannerisms of a wolf, I actually found that sexy - that's surprising cause wolves have become so cliche and overused.
It would be great if you could keep the updates coming :)

Hi again! thx for updating in spite of the discouraging lack of reviews to such a well-written story. I still don't get it! Hmm maybe you should add some other things to spice up the summary. Like mention Eiko's reluctant almost-erotic way of sucking some life out of her "victims" to sustain her. Any hint on sexual scenes seems to attract people's attention.

But to tell you the truth, I've long since given up browsing through fictionpress list of new or updated stories to find something good to read. I happened on your story only because I got a review alert from "A drop of romeo" about your other story "blink" and that got me curious enough to browse through your profile and stumble on this story - and I'm glad I did.

Don't give up on it yet, I think it's definitely worth it.

Oh goodness. This is without a doubt some of the best writing across which I've come in ages. I love how this whole world is just...existent. It doesn't feel like a contrived spin on the classics. Please keep updating. (Well, this and "Blink".) Your diction is absolutely gorgeous.
