Loving this. Wyatt definitely IS in the wrong though, not for being gay, but for moving his lover into a household full of other roommates. No one wants to live together with a sickly sweet couple, that's just frustrating and gross.

I'm really glad you are taking writing classes. The story had promise at the beginning but I think you tried to do too much to it without any actual character development occurring. I agree with the other commenter that it didn't seem like Wyatt www friends with Ben at all. And things didn't start out well with Nolan and then Bennett loses his fucking mind and starts attacking everybody. If I'm Nolan I'm questioning whether I want to be in a relationship with a guy like that. And as far as loving each other? You might want to develop those feelings a bit more because it comes across as a very naive Romeo and Juliet stupid teenage love type of scenario.

Why does everyone call Micah a freak? Not weird, strange, odd? There are so many other descriptors out there. And it doesn't seem likely that everyone he encounters is going to call him a freak to his face within minutes of meeting him...um, rude. They might lessen it by saying that he's ' alittle strange but in a good way' and then take away the modifiers after they get to know him more and feel comfortable

I genuinely don't get Wyatt and Bennet as friends. Roommates yes, but 'best-friends'? Their relationship makes it seem like they just tolerated each other's presence and certainly wouldn't have sought it out

I am so conflicted. Nolan genuinely loves and cares for Bennett. Micah wants to be around Bennett whether or not they are an item or not. I really want them all to be happy!

I am normally into "forbidden" or "toxic" love... but Nolan is taking it to a whole new level. He is like, batshit crazy. The whole obsessive part... I kinda like that O_O for an antagonist, that is.

You know that moment when you're watching your favorite TV and one of your favorite characters is being portrayed as the bad guy? You constantly have to "logically" defend their actions with something reasonable but you end up incapable of defending them anymore? Yeah, that's how I feel with Nolan.
