Wow. I feel as though I can relate to this poem. It is expressed extremaly well and I especially love the type of format choosen. Amazing job, with this all. It's so painful yet so full of impact and emotions, it's outstanding! One thing though. Where it says

"How much longer can i keep it inside."

I think a question mark at the end is better needed.

Other than that, I love it! Keep it up :D

You have such a way with words. It's so powerful and beautiful. I love reading your work. Good job, and I hope you find luck in dealing with your internal struggle. I may not know your situation or what you're dealing with, but I know first hand how hard it is to win a battle when your biggest adversary is yourself.
