Really liked seeing Nate's POV on things, and would definitely love to see more of that.
And the lunchroom Q&A, Eskimo kisses and all was just sheer brilliance.

I just about fell on the floor when reading the Mort Rainy line. I can't tell you how long I pined(?) over finding a robe like that to snuggle into to. Never had any luck :(

Love it! Really though, I love your story. The humor is good, the characters are great, and the main character isn't a huge cliche. It was so easy to get hooked with only 4 chapters. With that being said, I am now, very impatiently, waiting for the next chapter. Can't wait to see Nate's reaction to sexy Winnie.

I'm intrigued with this story. To be blatantly honest I wasn't too sure about it the first chapter or two, so it's odd that I kept reading it. But I'm liking it. Over all I like where the plot is going, you do have a unique writing style, but it seems to work for you so keep it up! I love Gran already, she seems feisty, I hope she continues to make appearances throughout!

Sorry about the pm thing. Fanfiction. net is my usual place of residence so I didn't even think about any of the settings being on or off. But I have it turned on now.
And I DID enjoy this chapter and all its pop culture goodness. I'd have to say though, probably because these days I'm longing for the days of my childhood, the 100 Acre Woods one was my favorite. But they all make me smile. Especially that little Tarzan swing, reminded me of the scene in Benny and Joon (my favorite movie!) Of Johnny Depp swinging by the window.
And I definitely would like to know more about that little valentine :)
Ohhh, but then it went all so wrong. Really Nate, REALLY?! Not cool. I mean, I confess, I've been Team Nate since ch.1 when he pulled that little move of his in the shop (maybe I'm one of those sappy girls who would fall for something like that, but hey, it WAS a good move.) But this...low blow. Definitely will not be winning him any brownie points.
Speaking of Nate though, who is that guy you have posing as him in your banner? I know I know but I can't for the life of me think of a name.

Oh God, I'm dying here! So many points that need to be pointed out and congradulated on.
1. "Hakuna matata baby, It'll get better." Awesomeness. Kudos for The Lion King reference.
2. Even bigger kudos for The Facts of Life reference. Love that show (god bless The Hub for bringing it back to t.v once again.) I've always been more of a Jo gal myself, but still.
3. I LOVE YOU FOR LIFE for referencing Beauty and the Beast! My all time favorite. You're killer. You can now do no wrong for me.

And I really enjoyed Alex. Could not stop laughing when he came in for a chat. Good stuff.
