| Mylilblackpen chapter 1 . 12/1/2012
In some respects I envy the speaker in being able to write, because I am in that inbetween of wanting to write but not quite getting there some times. This is such an intriguing poem because you wonder what has happened to the speaker to make them view everything in such bleak detail that you almost get sucked into such bleak atmosphere yourself. I do, however, think this poem is great with such simple yet beautiful imagery and flow that makes it a stunning poem.

This is beautiful. Vivid and magical. I found this uniquely relatable. The idea perhaps of writing a poem, a tale or a letter on their own, on their bed, in the middle of the night when everyone around is asleep.
A new favourite :-D

Interesting, I favored the beginning. I kept thinking of someone writing a letter in a cold condemned house and the letter was to a ghost of somesort. (My mind somedays)
