| Vyscaria chapter 1 . 12/30/2012
What. I thought I reviewed this? D:
Anyway, I do like the flow of this, very reminiscent of what and how a child thinks. I'm not altogether certain at what's going on, but I think that does not diminish the value of this piece. I'm supposing that Mary is the mother and Skye is the little girl (it was not made extremely clear), and I wonder if you made at a religious metaphor (I pick those up from a mile away lol).
I just wish I knew what they were running from. Intrigued by this "man on top of the high structure, waving a white flag for help", but for help in what? Hope to find out soon C:

Nice. I really liked the flow of this, it was almost song-like. It was cool too how everything looped together at the end. So I'm guessing Mary was the older woman and Skye was the girl? And it seems the 'monsters' got both of them by the end... I do wonder about the backstory. But I like the ambiguity too. Great read.
