|Reviews for Oh, Mama|
| My.Writing.Is.My.Amulet chapter 1 . 2/7/2013
Oh my gosh :( The pain in this poem was so well written, especially since we know that the narrator must be old enough so to understand that her mom will die, but she is still young enough to call her "mama"... Beautifully written!

This makes me think. This also makes me concerned for the one who wrote this. Why concerned? Because if the one who wrote this has a person there to help.

Eh! I had a lot of mixed feelings about the smiling verse. It's a very (ehem VERY) bittersweet poem. There's a lot of love, which is wonderful, but it's also very sad, especially since the mother doesn't seem to know what's going on. Really great job. I like the last line a lot too, because, to me at least, it sort of showed how tired and resigned the daughter was inside. I don't know, my interpretation. Great job.
