So, so true! You put into words things I've often tried to convey! To be complacent with the world is what it takes to be happy, and you're entirely right in saying that's what deep freezes - or even totally eradicates - a creative persons ability to create. So sad, that we artist are never destined to be "happy".

Oh wow, it describes my writer's block so nicely!
On some days like the poem suggests, I can craft masterpieces, but other times I have this "disappearing like water in your hands", so annoying to see an idea actually slip away!
I wonder did you intend to make the structure of your poem, sort of like a water flowing down? When I look at it on my screen it very much looks like it. The skinny portions forming droplets and all. It just might be my sleep starved brain.
The other thing that surprised me, was how you STARTED it, "Happiness killed the writer", actually it shouldn't surprise me after all misery and hardship often present themselves as perfect writing pieces!
