I like the way this poem flows. It almost sounds like the wind to me, if that makes any sense. I like how it touches the senses too. From a religious standpoint, would you mind if I write a response?

I agree, that line "Is she more than mist and dreams?" is superb in its context! The mist might be her essence or merely the thin wall separating her from you. The fact that we can never be fully certain and how the mind struggles with this notion is very well expressed in this poem, especially by the repetitions of "never could". Keep writing! :D
