Reviews for How Not to Write a Fanfiction |
---|
![]() ![]() When I read this, I wanted to die. |
![]() ![]() hi. i actually liked your fanfiction on spock. pls update soon :-) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh my gosh this is hilarious! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Lol I abso-freakin'-lutely loved this chapter! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Mmm. I'll consider it. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you! Yes, this will help with my shipping fic. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I HATE it when I read no paragraph breaks. Back in my earlier days of writing fanfiction, I would do this way too much, but in May I began to realize that I had to do paragraph spaces and stuff. Oh, I hate that, too. I usually switch paragraphs if I change the topic. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Whoa... never thought of it that way, either. Actually, now that I think about it, it depends on the story's rating. I mean, why would you click on an M rated story and NOT expect one of the following? |
![]() ![]() ![]() That's true. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm not going to lie. I've done the above one before, admittedly. I never really thought of it like that. I'll avoid the idea in the future. While I do plan on doing a truth or dare fic in the future, it will be one of those "do the truths and dares based on reviews." |
![]() ![]() ![]() Hmm... not sure if I've done that before or not, but considering who I am, I most likely have. Nope, I've never done this before. I'll try to avoid this in the future. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Unless I'm writing a joke story, I never usually butt into the story, luckily. Oh, dear goodness no, I never do that! If I do end up doing that, then I delete the chapter after a few days. Yeah, which is why I never add disclaimers. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I must admit that occasionally, by accident, a few of the characters that I write about are OOC. Oh, dear goodness no, I've never used that type of formatting! I am sad to say that I've seen it before, though, and I just exited out of the story and never left a review. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I could indeed use this. I hadn't the slightest idea that such a story existed on FictionPress, and I was rather pleased to find it. I'm glad to find that I haven't, from what I know, used these mistakes yet, although I'm sure that along the way, I'll find something that I have used before and should stop using. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I have another idea. How about the praise my own story chapter? For instance, the author writes on the bottom of the page, "please review my wonderful story," or this, "this story is great." The reviewer has the same name as the author. Also here is what I find annoying, "I won't post the next chapter unless I get at least ten reviews." When I see that I'm thinking, "what about the two people who have been reviewing the story so far, don't they count for anything?" |
