God, this is beautiful. The words: "in this moment when the moon has fallen" gave me a rather heartbreaking imagery and the whole poem was calm, like ocean waves, and if it had a color, it'd be the moonlight blue. Despite the melancholic mood, the last three lines give a certain hope for tomorrow. All in all, it's wonderfully written.

I enjoy...why do I have a feeling I know what this is about?

I really enjoyed the descriptions of the closeness, and the intimacy of both individuals in this poem.
"Inverting the night's heavy spell of slumber, a dream distilled." was my favorite line. I think the most intimate moments we share with our significant others is during those late hours. No words are necessary.
The imagery is well depicted; though, not too descriptive in the sense that everything is there in the reader's mind. It leaves a lot of room to imagine everything.
