Well that was utterly depressing. And yet I loved it :) Sweet and adorable... You know, until the end haha :P Amazing little one-shot though. Sort of reminds me of the song 'The one that got away', the whole 'in another life, I would be your girl.' :D

Really a beautiful little piece. I teared up at the end, it really just made you think.

good sweet god, woman. This is AWFULLY tragic. And lovely. BUT TRAGIC. My heart is in my throat and I am NEVER going for a drive ever again. This is so upsetting. Can you write an alternate ending where they get married and live happily ever after?
...Also. Why is his name Erik and why does she have red hair and a name that sounds suspiciously like Ariel? Hm? I saw that. (I'm lying, it only just occurred to me about 6 seconds ago). I love that he's kind of sort of exactly like Peter Pan, and she's kind of his Wendy, in a way. Except for the ending. Jesus. I can't work out if one or both of them die, but either way, I hate you, and this was mean. But still really, really good.
Painfully so.
