OK some of the mysteries are beginning to become clear. This chapter explains Rondel, but who is the guy on the bike? Is he a new character? If he is why is he so late in the story. Wait, maybe he's the guy Howie warned Alpha about. So he's been like a shadow in the background. Maybe he'll turn out to be someone we know already, but I didn't think there was any guy of that age. Or could be a girl on the bike. You've gotta write more. I need answers.
