I say that Luke and Lucy fall in love ? am I close? anyway I kinda like this one-shot even though it's sad :/

As much as I loved Matt and Jamie, I really agree with you breaking them up now and not later - I can't wait to read why though! :)

Even though Matt and Jamie were having a few problems, I didn't think it would lead to them breaking up. Oh, well, them's the breaks, I guess.

I have no clue why they broke up. Jamie being pregnant, and not wanting Matt to feel further tied down by that fact sounds interesting, but a little too simple. My contention is that it's possible that Jamie felt so betrayed by the way Ross had shirked his responsibilities as a father, that she subconsciously placed those feelings onto the next guy she got into a relationship with. Namely, Matt.

I think that while Jamie knows that Matt loves Luke, he is also the reason she seems to be rushing into things, like talking about marriage, her son's future, and that's making Matt feel stuck. And the fact that she says that she "can't leave" indicates that she feels stuck in a way, too.

But, who knows? I could be a moron and be completely wrong about it. While it would've been nice for them to work things out, I don't think I can see them getting back together soon. Unless Matt decides to make some pretty hefty choices.

I loved this! I bet she dumped him because she's still in love with Ross, had been looking for a way out of her relationship with Matt, the opportunity arose so she took it. She'll probably end up back with Ross.

Eep! I loved this one shot! I knew that Matt and Jamie were coming to an end... *tear*... But it was a kind of interesting way to take this story. I can't wait to see what your reason was for this. :)

I went through a bunch of conflicted emotions as I went through this, and you really made me relate to Matt. Also, I can tell that Jamie really loves him if she's willing to let him go like that. I can also understand how she would get so attached, especially after not having a man in her life. It really is best for Luke, and he won't rememeber Matt most likely when he is older.

Now that the analysis is done lol, I can just say that I have no clue why the breaking up is important. I feel like it's hovering in the back of my mind, screaming for me to take notice, but I have no ideas.

Omg shes pregnant isnt she and shes moody over hormones and she let him go so he wouldnt resent her for trapping him in an unhappy life :O
