|Reviews for Twisted Time|
| Devon Pitlor chapter 1 . 6/22/2013
I especially liked "And then contortions
Twist the time
To correct the impish grin"
Optimism in the face of the inevitable. A celebration of the person over the ravages of the destroyer. Wonderful imagery that weaves together threads that govern all lives. Always a reason to run the internal cinema while reading your verse!

Wonderful personification in this poem. It reminded me of the Sphinx riddle in a way. You manage to do a marvelous job of merging the abstract with the concrete. Time, often measured by a clock, takes on human aspects through the clock parts of face and hands. I also liked the book/life analogy. Sometimes things from the past can become the present, creating a new chapter. Time twists, but happiness prevails!

This poem made me feel innocent and naughty at the same time.
