Def an intense story. Appreciated the plot in many ways.

Hello! I read this story in its entirety while I was on vacation and have to say - publish this. Please. Because it honestly is one of the best stories I have read in a while. There are very few fics on here (much less published ones) that truly surprise me and move me, and well - you've done it. I'm not sure what you plan on doing with this story - if it was just written for this site or not - but I think you have a real shot at making this story into a published work so others can enjoy it! (Or at the very least, make it an eBook!)

David was remarkable, and Holly was written SO well. I wish you had written more about the band - especially build up the relationships he had with his band mates. Even the side of Jesse and Sam having a past was incredible thinking. You have a real gift, weaving a great tale. As for the copy right issues w/ quoting books - if you plan to publish this at all - I would suggest that you put it in italics with the single " ' " before and after it. (ex. in italics: "He looked at the dog. 'The dog barked all night.'")

But even with or w/o these changes, I loved this story very much and hope to see you continue writing. See you soon! :)

I really love your writing style! It feels very different to anything I've read on this site. And your characters are also well developed - they're 3D and give the readers a better understanding of them. Keep up the good work! Hope for an update soon :)

This chapter was really nice - it made me want this to be real, even if it has nothing to do with me whatsoever, and it /felt real and they're all so freaking eloquent and I wish I had a complete list of whatever the hell you've ever read because you write really well, you should know. Can't wait to find out more about who Julianne really is. Good to know that I was right with my feeling of her knowing more about him (and his past) than it seemed.
You know, I just don't get why this story has only this few reviews... I think you did and do a great job with this. Maybe the pace? Though I think it's good. It's rather realistic with them not falling right into each others arms (then having a fight over whatever and have a happily ever after or something like that)
Oh, and David sometimes really goes on and on and on, but that's "him" isn't it. We see the story through his eyes, so all that "wordiness" is just his character and makes him who he is ;)

Sooo, what do I want to say...
Ok, first thing: English isn't my first language and I kind of go 'learning by doing' or rather learning by reading, since I don't have anyone to talk to :/ And therefore I have to thank you: Thank You! ;) Since you introduced something around 10 new words to me. I like learning new words :D
Second thing: I pretty much like this story. I found it or rather you ;) via ADoR and your story 'The Exception' (good one as well)
Third: What do you always mean with 'this story is wordy'? Well, it's a written story so of course it's 'wordy'. Otherwise there wouldn't be anything to read. Right? ;p
And final (I think): Where's the next chap? Couldn't find it... Is it still hiding somewhere? Tell me, if you found it :) Oh no! Wait! Better idea! I can help you look for it :D

Exuberance aside, I really missed your writing style. I know you've said before that you somehow mimic Jack Kerouac, but there's something else in there that's just yours. Thanks for showing up :)
