Hi there! So this was a really great beginning! I love the way that you built up the tension in the chapter slowly at first and then more so as you unveil the plot. I love how you have thrown us into the actin right from the get-go and though we've only just met the characters you can sympathize with their predicament. I am kind of worried about the fact that it is emphasized that people come back alive or dead. At first, I thought it just meant that they would come back in a coffin and the family would mourn their death, but it seems that there is something more sinister. As if the death itself is an existence. ghosts maybe? Anyway, I am intrigued! Nice story!
