I have never forgotten about this story since 2014. Like many I have revisited this story for the past decade, who gives two smashed flies what Lara Stanky thinks. I hope day if the author reads this she sees the long lasting impact this story had on her readers

Hi! Been a fan of yours for over a decade and I love revisiting all of your stories. I just saw all the hate comments from Lara Starsky and had to share some love with you because I truly love what you write. I’m also a writer and I know how hard it can be to to share writing (and it’s certainly not made easier when people read it just to hate on it), but sharing can also be so fun and liberating. I hope you’re still having fun, whether that’s through writing or whatever form of entertainment or creativity you’ve found.
Thank you for writing these stories! I love revisiting them probably about once or twice a year to get my fix of the most perfect amount of angst and romance ever written.

Well, I read the whole thing in a day or two... literally. I loved your story progression. It was believable and felt real but also sweet and romantic and heartbreaking. All of my favorite elements in one story. I love a story that gives me the FEELS. I was surprised but not surprised by the plot twists. They felt pretty natural. Although Mannox... heh. He surprised me. I love happy endings. I LOVE love happy endings! So thank you for that ;) Also, the character development was great as well. I really just enjoyed reading this. Thanks for posting it!
