I just started reading your story yesterday and it has sucked me in. I've really enjoyed reading it - I especially enjoyed the ending of this last chapter here, nice little surprise.
I hope to read more from you soon - I love this story and can't wait for more. X)

This chapter proves that vampire boyfriends can be either a very good thing or possibly a very, very bad thing.

I loved the scene between Dawn and Amaro, plus the reveal of some of his background. The main reason I love the scene, aside from the warm and fuzzy, squishy romantic feelings of course, can be summed up in the line about how Dawn felt strong and capable, with Amaro putting his faith in her. That's such a tremendously refreshing difference compared to a lot of popular supernatural romances, where the female protagonist is almost child-like, blundering into dangerous situations so the male lead can swoop in and save her once again. While Amaro does indeed protect Dawn, both because it's his duty and he cares for her, he doesn't stifle or smother her. Instead, he's honest and supportive, encouraging her to be who she is in a completely genuine way. And Dawn responds by continuing to grow, and showing that she is indeed strong and capable. Not perfect or infallible, which would be boring, but a great character with a lot of depth.

I like how you introduced Emilison after the scene and backstory too. I'm nervous for Snow, but intrigued about how things will develop between them. The communication with flowers was a good detail, nicely done. It's also interesting that much about Amaro and Dawn's talk had to do with being honest and open, while the bit with Snow and Emilison had a theme of secrecy and possible deception.

This story continues to be a remedy for all the past horrible human/vampire relationship stories I've endured. It would be awesome to see it completed during this coming year. You can do it!

The chapter was very insightful about amaro's past and how he became what he is today
also the ending where emilison is courting snow was making me think (ok so this has got to have some ulterior motive written in there!) or maybe its just me; by the way it was a very mature step for you to fight your own battels and set your grounds to this person who is harassing you they are no better than scum if they think this will make them any better than being bullies; keep that passion for writing even if its just for yourself your talented the way you write and the plot are different than the usual ones i find and I'm a very hard person to please when it comes to good stories or writing plots keep up the good work!

Omg the drama ensues! Poor snow! Going to get tricked by this guy!

I think you meant death of his father and missing mother.

In all honesty, i think once you finish your stories, you should take them down

I've no idea what your online harrassers have said to you and I won't get involved because you said so, but just think. How sad and full of hate they must be in their own life to take it out on you? Disgusting really.
Just remember that you're better than them. You don't need their poisonous negativity in your life. You have all your loyal readers.

Lots of good set up for the future going on in this chapter. I appreciate how while Dragos isn't a saint and Dawn dislikes him somewhat at the moment, he isn't wrong about her still having some growing to do. Again proving the story isn't simple black and white, good girl vs. bad guy. Of course I'm excited about getting some backstory on Amaro. I like how he's steadily become more significant in Dawn's life. Also, how Dragos continues to show his many sides.

I'm glad that your allright and back, you overcame what that person did and said to you and that is by far greater than anything even if she says lies and attempts to hurt you, know that you have alot people beside you who care more about you. Your talented and have a beautiful personality that represents itself in your stories be yourself always and dont let people like that get you down!
And this chapter no matter how short was a great comeback.

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. Karma will win out and you will have a better life than the people who try to bring you down to their level because they don't feel like they're good enough.

Stay strong! And about the friend, you shouldn't care about the person or what the person says about you. You and only you, know who you are and what you've got. So don't let this person bring you down. You are wonderful in and out. Keep reminding yourself.

Aww, I hope things get better! It's pretty immature of your friend to do that to you. I will definitely be missing your stories, but I understand how stressful it must be to deal with all that stuff. Try to relax and just plug off. Just know that for one "vengeful former 'friend'", there are countless other people who support you. You're amazing, good luck!
