For a one-shot, I'll say you've executed this nicely. Your writing flows well, and keeps a good pace for the reader to follow at. The obvious highlight here is your marvellous description, and how it works in harmony with the feelings and thoughts of the woman described.

This really gives a different atmosphere and insight to the mood of women, whilst wearing such undergarments, which I find to be unique.
You seem to get lost in this particular one-shot - and I love the hints of shoujo-ai that you added near to the end. Overall, you've really given us a sexy, sultry feel.
