Nostalgia. I feel that in insane amounts when I read your work. I don't know how you do it - you write these sentences that make you feel so much, and are so poetic in an I'm not trying sense.

We've got Tamy who seems like the misfit. It makes me feel like she was the newest member to enter the group back then - and the only reason why would be Nik. Of course that isn't truly the case because of her friendship with Lux. And we've then got Ansel - she's mentioned his brotherly nature, but I truly believe him to like her more than that, if only she'd allow herself to see it that way. Perception truly is a funny thing. Nadine still irks me, and honestly I don't think she'll be growing on me any time soon, and Wolf makes me curious. Wolf is the guy who's outside looking in, the dark protector, the one you could always rely on - although, it now seems Nik is the one looking in from the outside. He'd be stupid not to realise what's going on - but I'll give him a couple of chapter to voice out that thought. There's no fun in ruining the game now - and it makes for a wonderful story to read.

I would like to say, reading Tamy's POV and how she's grow, you can understand her curiosity and see why she keeps running back - she'd built her who life around him, who wouldn't be afraid of change when it finally came.

Anyway, I am definitely off to read more! You've got a longterm eader in me for sure! x

Gosh, I don't know how you did it. With just a few words, you've set the stage, tied in their stories, and made the audience all the more curious about what has happened over those four years. It sort of reminded me of October Road, but in a different way - lots of bitterness and underlying tension. Surprising also that no one's kept in touch! I'm definitely going to read on, but I wanted to leave you a message saying how brilliant this is! :)

Fast becoming one of my favorite stories :)I love the glimpses of Nik and Tamy's history, and it'll be interesting to see how they go forward from this. I would really like to know how Nik's POV of their relationship as well.

Everything you write is so...captivating. Usually, I go through your one-shots and get some instant gratification, but I feel like waiting for more chapters of ALS will be physically painful. So far, I like all the characters because I feel like there's an underlying complexity to them all and I'm really interested to see the events unfold. Also, this never happens, as I always ship exes getting back together, and find any love triangle potentials as nuisances, but I really love Ansel. Not with Tamy, per se, but I really love his character. Please update soon!

I went crazy with the wait for this one and it definitely didn't disappoint! : great chapter and great insight into the characters what happened three years ago.
I've a feeling Tamy's omission of the truth to Ansel is going to blow up in her face pretty spectacularly, though.

I really liked this chapter, it gave a lot of insight as to why they're so hostile toward each other. I like Ansel, he's way too sweet. And to be honest Tamy seems more and more like a bitch...

I still just really don't like anyone except Ansel and Tamy. Nik kind of sounds like he was a secret emotional cheating dick and Nadine and Lux are just too self absorbed to be real. I like how Tamy threw out the papers because I also was wondering why she was catering to these peoples every needs

Everything about this chapter: W O W. So many good scenes in this chapter and finally finding out what Tamy is omitting. I wonder how Ansel will feel when that inevitably comes out. I'm also really glad that we got to see more of Lux.
