Great story! Ira and Seymour are such an interesting couple. Really enjoyed this read!

Saw the author's note at the end of ch21 just after reviewing. I don't know if I have much feedback. I was able to finish the story in a few days, meaning I was hooked. If you do go editing and cutting minor characters, I don't think Oliver should be cut, since it would cut out a small plot point. Oliver decided to "poison" Ira without hesitation and Sey fessed up, which made Ira decide to trust him (even though Ira already knew maybe trusted Sey but we don't know that at that point). Anyways... yeah. That's just my two cents though.

Ohmygooooddd. Wow. I'm in love with this story. It's tragically beautiful and extremely well written. oh geez. I loved the characters. They were quirky, flawed, psychotic, yet lovable. Loved that Ira wasn't ever depicted as perfect, and that Sey realized just how messed up Ira (and himself) was. I loved the happy ending too. It could've ended as tragic but it didn't and I'm so glad it didn't. I'd probably be super sad for a few days.
Anywho, loved it and I think I'll read your other works (if u have more)

Just reread this. Still love it just as much as I did when I first read it, fuck... 2 years ago? I love the way you write and this fucked up little future world you've created. But most of all I love the characters. I still think about silly little Seymour and Ira and everyone else every once and a while. Thank you so much for this story, I'm so glad I found it 3

That was a fantastic story. Dark, sad, hilarious, bittersweet. It left me feeling sad, but satisfied. These 2 just have to struggle for everything.

And Arlo. Fuck, what a raging douche nozzle he is. He's worse than all the rest of the Bieris combined. This story really is a testament to how fucked up mankind is as a species. Ugh.

Oh fuck I cried a ton in this chapter.

Their "first date" and "first kiss" were so amazingly bittersweet and so perfectly heartbreaking. The agony Ira must feel knowing how different those 8 years could have gone. "There but for the flip of a coin go we."

I love this story.
