| Calpha chapter 16 . 6/11/2015 It's so great you didn't time the proposal to come after all the action. It's beyond refreshing that a proposal wasn't used to wrap the story and their romance in a pretty bow, but treated as an organic part of their relationship. The way it should be! Besides the sheer joy reading about two badasses who are hot for each other team up to take names, not clogging the story up with stupid will-they-won't-they is a GIFT. I can't tell you how much I thank you for it. I also thank you for the way we see the characters grow. It doesn't feel inconsistent or smell like unicorn farts. The way they grow is also especially gratifying. Like the tanning Charlie got. More than just funny, it was satisfaction! She needed to get her head screwed on straight, and that's what happened! There not being an apocalyptic doom dangling from her nose was the fruit in the cake! Anyway, your stories are great. Thanks for sharing! |
