| Acie chapter 13 . 2/19/2019
Iain is a sweetheart, I don't think that's the best way of dealing with suicidal people but it seems to be working. Please come back and don't leave us on that cliffhanger

The only thing I regret about finding your story is the ill timing: I'm supposed to be studying for an exam right now and yet here I am, studying your characters instead. This is /superb/ writing; the witty humor, the psychoanalyses, the self-reflection - it is extremely difficult to find individuals who actively take the time to think about their thinking. "Taboo" acts that people commit like cheating or suicide - the response is usually the same: "How could they!," "S/he didn't seem like that type of person," "I thought I knew them," etc. So it's no surprise to me when they realize they didn't know this person as well as they thought they did (unfortunately, some people never even reach this conclusion and just believe it's another one of Life's inexplicable happenings) but there is almost always an explanation. And I believe you are one of the few who understand that so thank you for sharing this story with the rest of your readers.
The character development is gush-worthy and the fact that you try to somehow combine romance into this is even more lethal. I'm glad you are not rushing the romance (besides for the most obvious reason being that suicide is not a light topic or reasonable grounds for romancing). Indeed, people have many facets to them and for all the times the MC has "worked" with Iain, she doesn't truly know him. Even the closest friend can still hide a closet of secrets, much less the stranger who you picked up less than a week ago.
As for Ian, I'm wondering why she likes him so much? I hope you go into that more. Yeah, he seems like a pretty funny guy from the phone conversation but... to hang onto this "love"(?)/infatuation this long even after being rejected (three times, she said?!), what is the hook that's keeping her so attached to him? And for him to know of her feelings for him and yet still telling her about his dates with other girls - is he really that inconsiderate? I've also been waiting for some semblance of her guilt to emerge since her feelings' course have been straying off the road to another man...
The whole mess with Sammi and Heidi's Real Talk of her relationship - not to mention, the dynamics between these friends and how you captured the complicated intricacies of when life interferes with the bubble of friendship because sometimes friendship is just not enough - yesyesYESSSS. Excusing my eloquence of speech, I just overall appreciate how you go beyond what your summary advertises - this isn't just a story about suicide but about human relationships and how everything connects and result in the hot mess of consequences that outsiders normally only see and nitpick at.
Anyways, responsibility calls so I shall be returning to my actual studies now.

| Vianna chapter 13 . 5/23/2018
I found this story yesterday (maybe the day before?) and I’m glad to say I’m all caught up! I tell ya, it’s hard to find an intriguing story line that actually has decent writing around here. Most of them are either too predictable or the writing is terribly cheesy. Yours, however, is so refreshing! I’m totally invested in this story and that’s thanks to both your creativity and your talent in writing. Keep up the great work (because honestly I need to know what happens next)!

Oh my... i thought they really did... But it was only her dream.
Good that Iain was there not letting Jon came inside. She wouldn't be able to hold the door if she was alone. Sammi was another example of people fooled by something looked like love.
I really enjoy reading this chapter :) Good luck for your study!

I absolutely love these characters and you've left us all in such suspense. Please finish this story!
| Deia chapter 12 . 12/23/2017
I've just finished reading the 12 chapters and disappointed that there wasn't more.
I have a close male friend who suffers from depression. In some ways I can relate to the main character as I often feel out of depth when with my friend. Constantly watching that he doesn't make any rash decisions and trying to say the right things to take his mind off of his sadness.
Depression is such a delicate issue and it really isn't simply turning a switch from one mood to the next.
I've seen your last update was in August but I do hope that you'll return and finish the story. I enjoyed the flow and your writing style and I quite like that we haven't yet got a name for the main character.
Anyways, thank you again for the read so far.

Oh my... Thi is so devastating. If this is not the worst, i'm kinda scared when his reason is revealed. Gosh you did great job writing the emotions in this chapter!
Good luck for both of your study and job! :)
