Hello! Sorry for the late review. I know I reviewed this yesterday, but I have neglected to give my thoughts because I've had my own projects, school, and other activities that needed to get done. Now that I am free, I shall give you my thoughts.

What I liked:

The Story - So far, I'm really liking where the story is so far. Two sisters having a close relationship and they're worried it's going to be fractured because of their parents' divorce. And seeing as how Lilly gets into the trouble according the synopsis, I am intrigued by what happens next.

Characters - Even though this is a short prologue and we don't see much aside from what is told, Alexa and Lilly have a close relationship. I am hoping we see more of their relationship in the future. I've been wanting to read good stories that have great sibling interaction and I gotta say, I like what I am seeing so far.

Critiques:

I do wish this first chapter was a little longer, mainly because I want to know more. I know this is the beginning, but I believe we could have gotten a little more detail on character appearances, why the parents are fighting so much, and a little more depth on the relationship between the two sisters. But that is something we will see in the future, I hope.

What I Like Again:

The Foreshadowing - "It'll be ok, Sis." That line gives me goosebumps because I know what's about to happen next and trust me, it ain't gonna be pretty.
