|Reviews for The American Dream Is Only A Dream|
| randomjun chapter 1 . 5/24/2016
I'd argue it started before segregation, starting with the first settlers enslaving/killing Native Americans and the slave trade before even that. Though you are correct in that for a country that boasts "justice and freedom for all" we certainly don't do a very good job demonstrating that. I mean, all you have to do is look at who is the Republican nominee...it's mostly that party where this is at. I'd also argue that we are slowly, albeit very slowly, working our way into a better nation. All you have to do is look at the facts that same-sex marriage and adoption is legal across all fifty states to see that. Although some idiots have passed so called religious freedom bills that won't hold water when challenged, they just need to be challenged to be abolished/considered null and void.
It seems I went a bit far in a review, short story, I have two contentions on what you wrote, but agree with you as a whole.
