Yay, first chapter has been posted and it was a marvelous start! I'm liking Vhan so far, but from your warnings I imagine this might change as the story progresses. Just wondering how much time has passed in the story since we last left Leika. I can only imagine what sort of tutoring/lessons the Demon Lords gave to Sharle and what his life was like there for the x years he was there. All I know from your description is that he's insane now, so I don't imagine it was very nice. And I'm really curious how Hal is and how his relationship with Sharle is after their time in the Shadow Realm.

Loving the story so far and from the summary, it sounds epic and looks as if we're in for a ride. I'm not a fan of BDSM, but since it's not the main focus of the story and because I love your work, I'll be sticking around. I look forward to the next update.

I feel like this started with a flashback, though I can't be sure. I'm assuming that the sorceror lying on the ground is Halviore, but if so, would this be their first meeting? Or is Halviore not the other main character in this story? Hm...
All rhetorical questions, of course - unless you want to tell me now:) I imagine I'll find out in the coming chapters.

This is a pretty powerful start to your new/continuation-type story!

Love Vhan already! He's ruthless, selfish, and knows exactly what he wants, and seems determined to not let anyone or thing get between him and those wants. Wow... Sounds remarkably like someone else I described in a recent review... Ha! No wonder Vhan and his once-upon-a-time sorcerer buddy got along so swimmingly...

I also like that Vhan is fearless in battle and somewhat reckless, giving further validity to his bad boy reputation. Oh, I so can't wait to see where this story is headed!
