Ouch. The self loathing of the persona, (and consequently thieves) is apparent from the way the poem is written. Thieves are the lowest huh.

Hmm... the ending was a bit unexpected (I liked it!), but this is like what I had in mind when I wrote "Any Sane Person".

Putting "I am the scum of the earth" helps the reader understand more. I liked it.

I've had my work stolen, too - it was what I wrote about in the last few chapters of "We Are Not Alive".
Though yes, I could agree with most of this... I guess you weren't expecting a review, but I was attracted by the summary.
