Overall, the first chapter is pretty good. The way you write Erin is good, and the other characters as well. But I just think you should have made the past farther from the present. Like, yeah it's a reunion but from a readers pov, you don't really feel like it's a reunion because four years is still a pretty short time. And the way the characters act and dress make them look like they're still in highschool so.. Yeah. Not much excitement there.
It's just my opinion though.
