| Woedin chapter 1 . 2/13
What can I say about reviewing a poem as touching as this one? I don't know for certain, but your homework did truly inspire something in me my friend, so I guess a poem, in exchange for a poem sounds fair. A barter of the bards as it were, I am sorry for such a sad sequel to your interesting offering. Your poem was a true plesure to read, I hope you got 100%,or an A: ~Woedin~
Oh woe for there is no potion, that would cure this mourning maid.
For her tears drop on the flowers, over earth where love was laid.
She kneels beside his burial mound, black dress awash with light.
Clings to something just beyond, perfectly hidden from ones sight.
Hark this girls quivering voice, the crying nightingale yet grieves.
Showering in waning moonlight, while dew hath drenched the leaves.
The rooster then cocks his head, and calls forth the comeing dawn.
As a newly risen sun did bloom, the heartbroken maid had gone.

Sad poem. You really captured the character's sadness.
