|Reviews for My Thoughts On Today's Politics|
| PhoenixArisen chapter 1 . 6/13
This. All this. I couldn't agree more with you.
Speaking from someone from the UK, I think that America (and England) is taking it too far now. Martin Luther King was the forefather of the Civil Right Movement in the 60s and the way he conducted protests and speaking is mind was so inspirational. And now thanks to this generation we have some idiots who think it's okay to do unspeakable things. It's just madness. Pure, utter madness.
It's like in the UK it's more or less the same. Protesters are clashing against the police in London. They don't seem to care that we are in the middle of a pandemic, and even though some lock-down restrictions have been lifted we as a nation have to be on the alert of this virus. Our statues are being defaced too and our entertainment shows are being targeted.
Enough is enough. I don't want to live in a society where you have to be careful of what you do or say in case someone labels you as a racist.
Anyway this is a very insightful essay :)
