I think you've captured that essential feeling that seems to burn after breaking up with or losing someone whose life you once held unbearably precious. I don't want to remember these things and lose myself every time I don't; I wonder if I'd be worse off NOT remembering them. It kills me a little more each day. That for something to think about other them whta I don't want to think about.
