Well! Enough of this poetry. I just wanted to tell you how absolutely lovely it was, and that the emotions were portrayed so beautifully that this story was just heartwrenching, every bit!

it's quite refreshing to see a writer on who can actually use proper grammar. :P i think you write very well-not only in the mannar that your words flow, but also in plot and keeping people interested.

Man you write beautifully! You could actually feel the love between the characters. I really do hope you get into publishing fiction like this because I would dearly love to read soem more of your work and think it would just be fabby if you were published as well.

This is really quite adorable in a non-sappy way. I love the style of your writing; it flows beautifully and is really quite addictive to read.

You have no idea how hard I have been tying to find some decent and readable fiction, and I must congratulate you for I am only on the 5th chapter and am already addicted to your story!

Hi, I know this review is way late but I wanted to send it anyway. I've been writing slash fanfiction at for forever and so I know a few things about reading and writing slash originals or/and fanfictions.

This is one of the most amazing original fic I have ever read. In fact it's so close to being my favorite of all time. It's just beautiful and brilliant and you are an amazing author!

It's great. It really is. And it's so tasteful I mean you did what other people (even me) couldn't do by bringing in religion and the views of the outside world into the perfect world of the couple and you weren't afraid to go all the way with it.

Your writing is good and plot also good. However, I think that your story and its time setting would be a lot more convincing if you'd find a reliable beta reader who would filter out those mistakes you've made that really ruined the feel of the story (ie. in the prologue, you referred to the "important person" as "they" which is a common grammer mistake of unmatching pronouns, this makes the speaker seem uneducated.) Also, set the place for your story as well. A big city will have millions of people, not thousands and a well known painter would never adress a cut-purse as "senor." All in all, your story is very nice and I hope that with possible revisions, it might be better. Best of luck.

Okay, I had to wait a good ten minutes before I could write this. Yeah. I cried. Pretty massively. I always try to sych myself up for a sad ending when I know it is coming. Raimon said it at the beginning. However, this never works and the intensity of this story was WAY too much for my sensitive emotions to take. Ha, I'm not all that soft or anything, but when a writer manages to not only connect the characters together with an emotion such as love and actually presents that in a believable way, ON TOP of connecting the reader themselves to these characters...well it is an awesome feat which gets me every time. (AKA Not often, but always enjoyed)

I love your skill and admire the way in which you created your own setting, presenting it in a confident manner. Thank you Rae1 for providing the link I can't say I would have likely found on my own to this wonderful piece of work. And of course to you, Alexander'sMistress for creating and sharing a story I now hold very dear to myself. It was more than a pleasure reading.

Oh, my! This story was amazing! I loved it to death. The last chapter made me cry...I actually still crying now. It was so sad, and they loved eachother so much!

I am just applauding you for this wonderful story, because it's one of the only storys that have made me cry. (The other was the last book of the Last Herald-Mage Series, By Mercades Lackey. But I think I cryed harder in this story.)

...I just am shocked right now, but when my wits are back, I'll read your other storys. .
