This was quite funny (notice the word 'quite') and I especially liked the following line:

"Lord2: What’s going on, m’lady, m’lady, m’lady, and m’lord?" - Very funny

However my suggestion (and it is only a suggestion) is that you should add lots more characters so that the whole time is spent saying m'lord/m'lady. It would work a lot better as a spoken piece since you could have the characters speaking over each other. And I would have made the Penguin the one from Batman or at least a copyright approved clone such as Pengwy. Hope that helps.

Sort of confusing, I didn't burst out loud laughing, try doing a parody of the royal court. Like a stand up jester!
