Great plot! I like it-

The POV of the celebrity! It's sad that Kenji-kun got ill from stress when he was younger. He seems like a really nice guy though. I mean he's not like the kind of celebrity where he gets jealous just because somebody else kinda "took" his place. How old are they now anyway? When I read the letter to Kenji-kun I thought it was Lesley because well she likes songwriting as well. Was the last letter from Lesley then? It was quite poetic and in the last chapter Lesley seems to like Kai-kun so... I don't know. Doesn't she live in Okinawa as well? Hmmmnnnnn.

How can you say over my head? I never really thought about how hard the language bariers would be that bad. I mean we do have exchange students in our school, but they aren't in any of my classes so I really never got to know them or how hard it was for them to communicate or "fit-in". I think its great that you are pointing that aspect out in your story. I can't wait to read more in the future. Good luck and good writing,

Now...hey! You are a pretty good poet! First you wrote a poem in Stuffed Animal, then here..but I must admit it's pretty good. Is that poem written by Lesley? If so, then I think I began to saw some connections here and there. Still, I don't really see the plot right now. Hope that you'll write soon and reveal more!

Same with Anime fan here. I came and check up your profile to see if you have updated Stuffed Animal yet, and I saw your new work. Well, but I have to say I can't judge your work now since it's only the beginning. But heck, some points here:

1) The main character Lesley sounds a bit like Daidouji-san (is this a pun? By Daidouji-san I mean both the Daidouji-san in CCs and YOU!) here. We all know that Daidouji-san's father never appears in CCS (probably dead), and she lived with her mother. The only difference here is that Lesley also have another brother. And YOU-you just told us in "Stuffed Animal" that you recently have a "personal tragedy"...kinda see a coincidence here.

2) But still, how long are you going to make this fic? Because you haven't build up seeds for conflict yet, so... I wonder what your plot is going to be. For one I know that you'll have to have a conflict there, right? But now I see no signs of conflict yet...

3) Anyway, hope that you'll have inspiration for Stuffed Animal, and update soon! You are a really, really good writer, and seriously, you can write for a living.

4) And, just a question: Are you a Japanese (or at least Japanese-American)? Because it seems that you know that "second-generation" thing very well. Although I'm a first generation Chinese, I can understand that stuff, and you pretty much describe it kinda accurately.

Cool story! I was looking into your profile to see if you've updated Stuffed Animal when I noticed this story which is an original. I've only read one original before and it wasn't really good so I never really look in that section. You CCS fanfics were really good though so I thought I'd give this a try. Well I'm glad I did because this is just as interesting as your CCS fics only with your own original characters. Now I'm hooked on Stuffed Animal AND Dream world. I just love all your stories! _
