Interesting idea. I must say that I like the use of metaphor. Still, I'm not sure that I agree with the idea that the two religions are basiclally the same. I've actually researched the issue and outlined my findings in an essay called 'Theological Disagrements with Wicca' feel free to check it out.

Merry meet. I just wanted to say thank you so so much for writing this. I myself am Wicca and my family is NOT supportive because they think it is devil-worship. Wow. I'm supremely impressed. This reminded me of the Spanish Inquisition and the witchcraft trials of the 1600s. And it reminded me of humanity. Regardless of what path one walks, they are still human. Humans are supposed to be equal. So, very good - terrific job, and all those other things teachers write on 100% papers.
