...sweet...I love the similes and stuff, especially saying your thoughts were a chain you couldn't break...ok, I'm jus gonna say you're great at writing poetry again...

This sounds like a series of affirmations and beliefs, like you're not exactly trying to convince the reader of this, but more convincing yourself. It's a really good poem.
