![]() ![]() ![]() I loved it write more |
![]() ![]() ![]() Interesting but wonderfully dark there are some parts that i would change but then again it might take away from the flow of the poem. oh well i dont know much lol . keep writing :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() I like it- (well, you know, as much as one can without condoning the action, of course). It flows beautifully and the suspence you evoke inside the reader is very well done. I look forward to reading some of your other poems! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Friends for Ever- Very sweet- shows true and beautiful friendship. Second stanza is nice- shows that working through the bad times makes you and the frienship stronger. Nice, heartfelt ending:) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Flying My Way To Freedom- This one's a bit different (I think I liked Shadows best, btw) This has tension and strong images and feelings. Mostly fear to start. Guilt and shame. Then hope and strength, though in an unusual way. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Shadows- "shadows slither from their nests" is already great imagery and personification. The great way of desrcibing continues throughout, which is good. It's very interesting. It goes gory, and scary quickly. Heart beating, eyes widening, page scrolling. Very good. Shows a lot of different sad situations that can occur today. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Pain- Dark and lost. Interesting and fairly original simile to start with. You have good thyming techniques (as seen in all the poems so far) "Grief takes you in his embrace" is very strong and stunning. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Sounds like calling for death to free you from the pain. "Child of death" is a nice touch. Yearning and wishing for darkness. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Angry and bitter. Not the most pleasant images, but effective ("blood on snow and piss in wine") Wondering and confused, but bitter and a bit scornful. |
![]() ![]() ![]() The predator- Almost cliched start, but the tension is there. Sounds quiet, like something sneaking up on you- and it is! Chilling story, nicely written, especially last stanza. |
