Josh has had a hard life. But that explains why he lives alone. His grandma seems quite independent to be living in a home, though.

Sounds extremely interesting. I know this is only the prolouge, but I reallydid enjoy this. I already like the main character. But now I have to get off the computer, but I really like this already, and I will be back to finsih it. Keep writing!

:O! i hate jen's mom :(:(:(:(. anyways, god job with the story! i cant wait for the epilogue.. i hope everything wraps up nicely in the end (or i will go and severly hurt the next fly i see) because jen and josh are the cutest couple i've ever read about! seriously! anyways, what will you be planning to do after this story ends? do you think there is a chance for a sequel? or will you be writing a new story? anyways, you are a terrific writer and i cant wait for the epilogues! :D:D:D

um... yeah... you were right about the not being happy part about the turn of events... but I'll keep it in check. I guess then all that I can say is that I hope that the epliogue has Jen and Josh together. He just walked out because she said she would consider marrying someone she doesn't even know. I'd be a little pissed too if I were Josh. God I hope that they stay together. They are just meant to be, and them not being together is just wrong. There is no other way to put it. And, as a side note, Jen's mom really pisses me off. Alrighty, that said, I hope that all things work out in the epilogue and that you have it up soon.

Only the epi is left? Doesn't that mean that this story *really* ends on a bad note? Oh no! Geez, I never knew how rude and manipulative Jen's mother was. I didn't see it in the beginning but I guess that was because you wrote it from Jen's POV and she was different back then. Okay, well this is a great story and I'm going to be sad to see it end. I am going to be nice. I read the chapter. I HOPE she doesn't end up with the jerk that she is suppose to marry. I love your witting a lot, but I hope that Josh or Jen does something fast. I really don't like her mother. I really really don't like her mother. I can't wait for more to come. I loved the chapter because I think you made Josh's reaction wery understandable, and you made her's understandable.(it's her family) I can't say that I hate the chapter.
